1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 365cuci ("Platform", "we", or "365cuci"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 365cuci platform — whether through the official website at 365cuci.top or our mobile app — you expressly and voluntarily indicate your agreement to be bound by all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to discontinue use of the 365cuci platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.

365cuci reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified via email or in-platform notification when significant changes are made. It is the player's responsibility to review this document periodically.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 365cuci platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not subject to any local or international legal prohibition relating to online gambling.
• Register under your own name using true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
• Only one (1) active account is permitted on the 365cuci platform at any time.
• Has never been suspended or banned from the 365cuci platform previously.

365cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) from players at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your national ID, passport, bank statement, or utility bill. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Each player is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. 365cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

365cuci reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of activities that violate these rules. If confirmed, 365cuci reserves the right to suspend or close the account, void all associated bonuses and wins, and pursue appropriate legal action if necessary.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

365cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Inaccurate, false, or misleading registration information.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from relevant authorities.
• Activities suspected of fraud, money laundering, or posing a security threat to the platform.

Players also have the right to close their own account by contacting the 365cuci support team. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus credits) in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player, subject to identity verification and applicable conditions.

7 Data Protection & Privacy

365cuci shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• System disruptions or downtime caused by technical maintenance or issues beyond 365cuci's control.
• Financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes determined by a registered RNG system.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Game decisions made by the player themselves while impaired or not of sound mind.
• Loss of data or information due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or infrastructure failures.

In any event, 365cuci's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total actual deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
